Former Chief Digital Officer and CEO West of Havas Health & You. Arriving in the US in 2019, David helped HH&Y navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic, driving growth and maintaining EBIT, whilst changing healthcare communications and improving patient lives. Working on blockbuster brands, David oversaw the most significant shift within the US pharma commercial model of the past decade, helping big pharma to meet their customers, where and when they want, with the support and advocacy they need. Committed to improving the lives of patients and their families, David also launched a new breed of patient support programs and telemedicine initiatives that leverages not just the mass adoption of technology but the dramatic increase in society’s ability to use that technology. Going from Customer Experience to Care Experience, David championed the need for pharma to go beyond psychological fulfilment of patients, to better meet Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and improve their treatment outcomes.
